Invest in Transit Accessibility

Underinvestment in transit too often leaves people with disabilities and seniors out in the cold. Access to transit is a fundamental human right, but when our transit agencies are starved by lack of local, state and federal investments they too often are forced to cut back on vital services. California needs to support transit so that our transit systems work for everyone, every single day. Join us at Powell BART/Muni station for a series of talks from community leaders about the importance of investing in transit accessibility so that our elevators and escalators work and so everyone can get where they are going.
