DESCRIPTION:Congestion pricing involves charging drivers a fee to drive into congested areas of northeast San Francisco during peak hours.  \nPublic input is a crucial part of the study process. The Transportation Authority has updated the study’s policy proposals based on technical analysis and public feedback.
